1/2 cup olive oil
6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil (I omitted this)
1 large clove garlic, crushed/finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
Whisk all together or buzz with an immersion blender.
